This guy is obviously mentally unstable, or perhaps just an idiot, but I think he probably learned after this day not to fuck around with the Russian police. Check out the massive amount of blood pouring out of this guy’s head at the end. The repeated baton hits after he was already on the ground and immobile were a classy touch.
