Dumb cops, ever think you should have just reached in and unlocked the door? Info from the person that submitted the video:

“Video footage being submitted is the actual VT St. Police footage from the officers police cruiser. This information was withheld from me and in discovery it was presented to me 2 yrs ago and has never been seen by the VT St. Courthouse until this January 2009 when I filed suit with the courthouse. I traveled 16 miles up Interstate I89 in the wrong direction with local police and State police trailing me without any knowledge of it due to me being in a “DIABETIC SHOCK”. I was in this state during the whole incident and never received any medical attention as they said they had thought I was either drunk or on some type of illegal substance.

I was stopped by the VT State Police by the use of spikes set out on the road. It’s very apparent in the video that the conduct of the VT state Police was excessive and brutal force used to rip me out of the SUV driver side window and very OBVIOUS I was not resisting them. I sustained bodily injuries from them, to name a few, a broken arm and bodily bruises all over. I was left on the pavement face down without medical attention in the diabetic shock state and didn’t receive medical attention for over 2 hours and had a blood sugar level of 20. If you watch closely you’ll see in the reflection of the vehicle that the officers unnecessarily kicked me several times along with stating they patted me down and removed my wallet from me but if you notice in the video the state trooper actually removed my identification (wallet) from the vehicle as seen on the video.”
