I was always told not to hit a woman. Apparently this cop was never taught that by his parents. Watch how he lifts this lady off the ground and smashes her face into the ground, breaking her jaw. The lady was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct. On May 9, 2008 a jury acquitted her of all charges.
