I don’t know what is being said here, or if the kid was a dirty shoplifter or not, but to me it seems the pig trying to choke him out was in the wrong.

Watch as this dirty cop stomps on a man that is totally submissive and lying on the ground. He just felt like beating someone up. Then he tried to destroy evidence of the beating afterwards. Typical pig behaviour.
