Police had to get creative in arresting a man armed with two knives at a downtown intersection during the Tuesday morning rush hour.
It started at approximately 7am - officers from 51 Division tried to calm the man while staying out of stabbing range, but he would not be subdued.

Owner has to use pepper spray as last resort in dealing with troublesome teenagers. Apparently this kid was begging for money from this guy’s customers. The owner throws him out and he becomes violent. The kid comes back with some friends and they throw bottles and try to cause more trouble.
